Friendly staff though a long line up when the staff showed up. Very convenient location to walk to restaurants and major sites in Manhattan. Hotel itself had limited dining options available.

Below average Very bumpy check in. Arrived at 10pm and they we trying to figure out if they have a clean room for us (although I texted them the day before that I have expected arrival at 6pm and they acknowledged. Room was tiny (could barely fit 2 suitcases and 2 cary-on. Otherwise ok.
I would like that a coffee capsules refill everyday, instead the another day.
