Great weekend Once you walked into the hotel everything was clean, upgraded and light. Staff and desk personnel were perfect and made you feel very welcome. The street felt a little rundown especially going towards 2nd street but not unsafe. Will definitely book again
First time being in NY and I was satisfied with my stay. Rooms were clean and hotel was very quiet.
This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the city! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful without even being asked. I will never stay anywhere else. Thank you for making our sister trip memorable and remarkable!

Hôtel bien placé à l'angle de la 3e Avenue et de la 52e Rue. Facilement accessible pour les transports en commun. L'hôtel est propre mais vieillissant. Le ménage est fait tout les deux jours. J'ai dû demander du remplir le produit douche, le papier toilette et les mouchoirs une autre fois...ce n'est pas très pro et ça donne une impression de radinerie ! Sinon, il y avait tous les matins du café à disposition et le personnel est sympa et toujours disposer à aider ;) Je recommande tout de même pour sa propreté et son emplaceme... read more
