Air conditioning unit needs updating. Very loud. Could not sleep. House keeping did not do refills of cups. The view was terrible from 223
A convenient location for JFK.
Very nice place, very convenient to subway, and bus tours, and the airport.
We had a nice stay here! As we were checking in a lot of people came afterwards and a second customer service rep would have been ideal. The bartender, Manoj, was great! Wonderful customer service and made you feel welcome! Shuttle service was wonderful, very nice staff!!
