I like the friendliness & helpful nature of the front desk staff, the cleanliness of the lobby & room was impressive....the room is comfortable....and of course it's pretty close to the malls and it takes about 3 or 4 minutes to get to the airport with their great shuttle service

It was a nice hotel. Felt safe.
The stay was really nice, when traveling through jfk I would stay there again.
Our bathroom toilet was dirty from the time we arrive. Also the door inside lock kept us out the room two times.
Very excellent customer service
The shuttle stopped at 9:30. Making necessary to get Uber to get there. there was only one person to take care of the many who were there. No cofffee or food after 9:00. the room was good, but the atmosphere is meager.
