staff is just marvelous and helpful
It was close to JFK. Bed was comfortable with good smelling sheets. Shower was good. Difficult to get there because the shuttle stopped at midnight and our flight was 1 1/2 hours late. Managed to pay one of the shuttle drivers to drop us off. Great reception.
