JT was extremely helpful. He found a tandem bike for me and my son when we were originally told they were all rented out. He replaced a broken kick stand on it. He also helped my son with his helmet.
TJ at Outfitters delivered our bikes, adjusted them, gave us a bike route map and some great trails to check out. He was incredibly accomodating and helpful. I highly reccommend them!

Excellent service! Dan, the lot manager, was extremely helpful and made sure that our bikes and helmets fit properly. The entire staff is very friendly and I would recommend them for any of your vacation bike or kayak rental needs!
