Friendly staff and great service! My wife and I wanted to rent bikes to tour the island 4/5-4/7. Unfortunately, HHO was sold out of regular rentals during the hectic spring break period so Gary suggested we rent e-bikes. Glad we went that route as we were able to cover much more of the island with ease - these bikes are great for people that may not have the energy they once did. My wife's bike ran a flat tire about 6 miles from HHO, but they had a service truck out to exchange the bike in about 15 minutes! Can't say ... read more
Had a flat tire on my road bike and they fixed it up for me. I didn't have the valve adaptor and they jumped in and did it for me.
My daughter skinned her knees on the walking path down the road from their facility and a very kind man waved us down and loaded us up with bandaids and everything we needed to get her fixed up and calmed down, including an icee. We are very thankful for his generosity!
