We had a great kayak trip around the HHI lagoons! Was really cool to see the island from this different vantage. Very relaxing afternoon. Gary was awesome getting us off the dock and paddling in no time. Highly recommended!
We have rented bikes a few different times with Hilton Head Outfitters & Bike Rentals. Each time is easy and seamless. When we get there, it takes just minutes to get all of our equipment and drop off is even easier. Highly recommend them!
The staff was very friendly and helpful getting us ready for our canoe ride in the lagoons. We rented a canoe for 2 hours with the time frame being relaxed and unhurried. We went fishing in the lagoons with some luck, but also we are not accustomed to fishing these waters. Th e woman who initially checked us in was very helpful guiding to some of the better spots. Overall, we had a great time, we would do it again given the opportunity.
Husband and I decided to check out Outfitters to rent a tandem bike and ride around the resort. The rental process was simple. We had a great time and enjoyed the bike ride. Shout out to Clay for assisting us. Oh yeah, they have military discount (big plus). Thank you!
Will NOT rent from this place ever again. I’ve never met more unhelpful and unhappy people at a customer service oriented place. From the initial renting process to dropping the bike back off, every staff member we encounter was ridiculously unhappy, rude and unhelpful. Not a single employee acted as if they wanted to be there let alone do their job.
