Long story short...Owens Corning shingles failed, leaving us with a leaking ceiling in several places inside our home. Hinckley came out, said the shingles are failing on more than half the roof. Owens Corning only gave a small allowance of shingles. Hinckley wants another $6500.00 to replace shingles and repair sheathing that was NOT needed before the shingles failed. The company Hinckley Roofing did a hack job replacing my neighbors roof and did not try to work it out when quickly started leaking.
They need to abide by laws and that requires pulling a permit when a roof job is done.
One of the most important qualities of a good roofing company is will they repair future problems. According to Sarah Lynx, Hinckley Roofing has ignored her cries to come out and replace missing shingles even though her roof is well within the warranty period. What is up with this?

well my review and poor rating for Hinckley is conveniently gone now, so I will re-post. Because they did not listen to our needs we now have to have their work redone. The work they did complete was shoddy as well. They refused to refund us half of our money so we could have it fixed by someone else, instead only offering to refund a small amount of money (not enough to cover even 1/4 of the cost to fix the problems) and "fix" things themselves.
