Gave up waiting for a callback after 2 weeks.I was a previous customer and expected more from them. Called another company and have appt within a week.
well my review and poor rating for Hinckley is conveniently gone now, so I will re-post. Because they did not listen to our needs we now have to have their work redone. The work they did complete was shoddy as well. They refused to refund us half of our money so we could have it fixed by someone else, instead only offering to refund a small amount of money (not enough to cover even 1/4 of the cost to fix the problems) and "fix" things themselves.
