I would give Hippo Roofing zero stars. They quoted me, we signed up, and then they forgot about us. It took me showing up at their facility to get them to proceed, and they installed our roof months and months and months later.

It took forever for them to get here. They keep making me promises that they didn't keep. They keep lying to me. They took on more then they could handle. It was a total fiasco from the day I signed the contract till the day it was finished.
