All the staff was so friendly and helpful. They were not hard selling and I really appreciated that. They were interested and they wanted to sell me a car but they never pushed me! Thanks to Matthew Durbin and Justin Spicer for everything you did.
I love Hixson Toyota great customer service and I drive all the way from Texas they are awesome.
I do not recommend Hixson Toyota the sales manager and partner are not professional about there sales one is a ex truck driver the other is very unprofessional had two fired that was hard working professional employees that love helping customers and there families I would not recommend buying from Hixson Toyota by no means they have no business trying to run the company. The owner is a professional and amazing guy Clint Hixson . He deserves better management people with respect and love for customers to work for him
We were interested in a Tahoe, called Monday Sept. 22nd morning and was directed to Amanda Hearn. Told her what we were interested in, that we had a trade & completed the credit form. It went back & forth all day with questions which we provided, by the end of the day, they close at 7 by the way, still no word, still no report done, still no numbers. I just sat here for two hours for an oil change! Don't get a service here if you have things to do. Then they offered me just 10% off which I get anyway for being military. I will not be back.
