Good BASIC desk printer This HP printer is exactly what I needed. Basic, functional, easy to operate. I did have to get my IT person to set up the driver/bluetooth. The last test for me will be the cost of supplies. I have not had the printer long enough to determine.
Got tired of payming a fortune for colored ink I got tired of paying for colored ink and having to buy more to print in black only so I bought this printer for document printing. The print quality is good and I have gotten a lot of pages out of just the starter ink. It was easy to set up and my computer (a Mac) works well with it. It does not constantly lose the wifi connection like so many printers

When it worked, it was perfect. I've got to try Brother Tech. Easy to hook up. But now it's not reconnecting.
A good printer, but a bit of a pain. I had a good experience with my previous Brother monochrome laser printer, so, when it stopped working all of a sudden, I quickly ordered this one as a sound, modest replacement. I thought the addition of a digital screen interface would make it easier to manage network connections, etc. In fact, it is difficult to get the printer to respond to commands and, in a way I've never experienced before, maintaining the printer's wireless connectivity has proven a genuine hassle. disable deep sleep it's a great printer and great for its price point. however it does become unresponsive in wireless mode when it goes into its default deep sleep mode. you will want to find a youtube video on how to disable deep sleep as there's nothing from brother on how to do it. after fixing that, the printer is almost perfect.
