Excellent laser printer. I like the quality and the ease of printing. Glad I chose this model. It looks good and is compact. I did my homework before buying it and am glad I did. Recommend highly. Easy to print wirelessly from my laptop or my phone. Ever so much better than my old ink jet printer. I did not need tech support.
Easy to install without a PC I got this for a friend and installed it for her for her Chromebook. Installation went so easily that I recommended it for another friend who only has an Ipad and installed it for her two. Both of these friends are elderly and print very infrequently. Ink tends to dry up in those situations and they had been frustrated. The toner that comes with the printer will likely be a lifetime supply for them. Installation was smooth. Quiet, wireless, easy to set up, yes! This is one of the best printers I’ve had for home use. It was easy to setup, prints wirelessly from all devices , iPhone, iPad, pc, mac. No complaints here, no more paying $ for printing at UPS. Great compact printer. Takes up little space and out of sight.

Good printer Fast and wireless feature works great
Works very well. High quality printing. Works well. Never jams, is fast, no frills. Sometimes on my mac it is in sleep mode and I have to activate it from the print menu on my laptop to get it to print from the print queue; other than that no hiccups.
