One word description. Dependable! I purchased this printer nearly 3 years ago and have it connected wirelessly to my Mac. It's only used occasionally but every time I need to print something it works. I love the dependability.
Very Easy to Set Up This is the first laser printer I have had and perfectly fits my need for working from home, I will never again get an ink jet printer. I found set up to be very easy and I'm not a tech head.
Pretty Good I would recommend this to anyone. Its a great printer once you get everything setup (which I found easy with no IT experience). The only issue I have with this printer is the sleep mode. If you print often (once or twice a month) you don't have to worry about it. The toner that came with the printer lasted me over a year. The replacement toner is affordable and will last you a very long time.
Wifi issues are probably user error Hard to tell what version all of the wireless over wifi printing issues are for, but the version I bought is working perfectly fine to print wireless over wifi. Sure, it is super annoying setting up on that tiny little screen, and it isn't as intuitive as connecting your phone or laptop to your home wifi. But once you figure it out it is easy and works and doesn't disconnect and continues to work. Oh, also the printer does good at printing.
Speedy printing, Compact body Both my husband & I print various notifications sent by email on daily basis. We don't need color printers for that purpose. I ordered one for myself first, and liked its compact size and the printing speed. My husband saw it and wanted the same machine for his office since it doesn't occupy large space. We can recommend this printer for those who might have the similar needs as ours.
'Most excellent' laser printer. This is my second one. The first one I bought a few years ago was only $50 dollars... this one was about $100, but I like them so much I think it is well worth the price. All my bluetooth device wi-fi connect and printer without any problems. BTW, neither of these two printers have broken. I did have a problem with printer one time and the manual and tech support was easy, fast and terrific. You won't regret purchasing this laser printer.
Quick two-sided printing My new Brother laser printer automatically prints two-sided copies. I'm an author. With my previous Epson printer, it could take an hour to print an eighty-page book--with lots of complications. Now, I just click on "Print" and the job is done in a few minutes. Good quality too.

Cheap cost of ownership, good quality, reliable After 20+ years of color All-In-One printers and buying another yellow ink refill just to print in black and white, I made the jump to laser! I look back on the thousands and thousands of dollars I’ve spent on printers and cartridges and can’t believe how stupid and wasteful I was. This does just what you need.
