Set Up Was Easy With A USB Cord The printer came with an installation disc, but I had to download the software from the manufacturer's website because I don't have a disc drive. I also resorted to using a USB printer cable to set my printer up because I have a very old laptop that didn't support wi-fi set up. Once I set up the printer, I could print without the cord. Set up easy when directions are followed. This replaced an older Brother that needed to go. This one is slightly smaller and quicker to print. The two-side printing works beautifully. The printer recovers from deep sleep quickly and once finished you walk away and it goes to sleep on a schedule you select. Easy setup Plugged printer in, typed WiFi info, iMac detected the printer. First paper printed under 5 minutes from unpacking, iPad & iPhone automatically detected and printed. The quality is much better than inkjet. A vastly superior upgrade from the HP it replaced.

The printer is fine. The sales and setup not so much. I use a printer only for documents. I wanted a wireless laser printer that wasn’t too expensive without a lot of features I don’t need.
