Brother printer This is the second Brother wireless laser printer I have purchased. It is almost a duplicate to my first Brother model HL2340DW. I would guess I used the first machine at least 5 years printing literally thousands of pages. Both printers are quirky, because they like to go into a "sleep mode" You have to get it out of that state once in awhile. Otherwise I would ay it is a no non-sense printer and very economical if you buy generic toner.
good printer, bad billing good printer, bad billing. I like the printer but it is not an unbox and plug and play. Had to get someone to hook it up. Ordered the special printer/cartridge deal and billed me separatedly for each(pricing was OK, but since it was a company card, it was difficult to reconsile).
great value Exactly as advertised. The only challenges is setting up the wireless with the terribly limited display controls... takes a long time to cycle through the limited buttons to type in your password, etc.
Good overall printer for dsily use. Good overall printer. Needs simpler user interface like slightly bigger display screen and eeasier set up.
Fantastic printer After dealing with nonstop issues with hp printers for many, many years I decided to give brother a try. Night and day difference. No more stopping print spooler service and clearing out temp files between pretty much every page .... this just works. Initial wifi setup kinda painful since display is only 1 line, but once setup you're good to go. If you only need a printer, not a 500-in-one device, I highly recommend.
