This printer is just what I needed. A mono-color (black ink) laser printer. It was very simple to get working as a wireless wi/fi printer that is Apple AirPrint compatible. I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. Have printed recipes and articles off my iPhone using AirPrint. I am running OS X Big Sur on my iMac and printer driver was available on the Brother website. Easy setup, good print quality, quiet printing, and fast first page printing. Great laser printer for a great price. Cannot believe how fast this prints. Excellent B/W quality. Highly recommend.

So far - it's been great. I am not a strong print user - so the true test for me will be how long it lasts. My last Brother printer (much older version of this one - a Brother HL-5250DN) lasted many many years. I like the On/off switch on the top (rather than on the side). The unit looks to be typical Brother quality - and a great price. I am very satisfied with this printer.

So far, printer is working great. Speedy and high-quality B&W printing. Haven't had to change toner cartridge yet. It's much smaller than the old laser printer it replaced. Software installation was a bit of a pain, though.
