This is the best printer I have ever owned. I print a lot - between 20-100 a week. This printer is quick and prints clean and dark. The scanner is so easy to use.
The salesman knew his products and after he told me about the one I liked, we bought it. Not disappointed in this product.
Instructions are easy to follow and printer prints beautifully
Obviously from the title I upgraded to tgeis laser printer and it's amazing. I was just tired of deskjets breaking all the time or getting paper jams. This so far has been great and works great with my wireless network.
I really like the fact that it prints in black ink only. It also makes copies that turn out legible. Also like using a cartridge instead of the small ink packs other brands use. It was very easy to load the cartridge. I save money not having to buy color ink, & do away with the mess they create. Have not used the wireless option yet....I am not savy on that technology, since I am of the age before computers. It has a tray to fit a lot of paper & prints fast.
We use Brother Printers in all of our store locations. These work great.
Nice printer for the money (got it on sale). I haven't tried the scanner part yet though I'm pretty sure it will work nicely. I like that I can print via WIFI. Can't figure out why ApplePrint can't find the printer though - will have to dig further. The only part I don't like is the paper output area - the printouts are set back a bit so hard to tell if anything printed unless you look into the output area. It's a bit bulky but that's expected since it can scan and do auto-duplexing (which I haven't tried) so it needs some "... read more

Great printer. Easy to use and set up. Wireless printing is very easy to set up and use. Love it. Great quality printing.
