I ordered this product and realized it did not have an automatic feed for copying, Friends who have this machine love it, but I exchanged it for one with automatic feed.

Easy setup and great print quality. I love the fact that you can print on both sides of the paper as well. I must say that it’s a bit on the noisy side, but nothing I can’t live with.

This is our first laser printer and replaces a 12-year-old HP 8600 ink jet. The cost of ink for the HP ink jet was the reason for the move to laser. This machine is fast, and the text is excellent. I regret that I did not get a self-feeding unit, but I don't miss the color printing. I can order prints on-line or go to my local Staples, CVS, or Rite Aid for quick color prints.
