ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRINTER! Very cost effecient.
Great printer for business documents or shipping labels. Black ink only. The only issues I have with this printer are: 1) the whole Bluetooth thing is nonsense. It has to be plugged into my computer in order to work. 2) one day it started to says "toner low" but then still works after that for 6 months so far without any other signs of it being low.. So it caused me to buy more ink which for all i know may dry up by the time I finally need it.
Appreciate the ease of setup on Wi-Fi. Printing instructions straightforward. No constant running through instruction screens. Happy purchasing a laser printer - putting a stop to the financial drain of inkjet color cartridges. Got a great recommendation on Brother printers from a neighbor. Very pleased with purchase.
This has been the perfect printer. I bought it when I started working from home and couldn't be happier. Bluetooth works great. I love being able to print from my phone. We have had no issues out of it.
My last home printer was also a Brother laser printer so my expectations were high. Even though they were high they are exceeded! I have owned this printer for a little over three months and it is everything I could ask for. COVID-19 has had me working from home for a good chunk of my work responsibilities, and this workhorse of an All-in-One has been an ideal tool. Everything I need it to do has been simplified and logical. If you don't have a need for color printer I highly recommend this all-in-one.
Bought this to replace an older Brother Laser printer that got hit with a power surge. Easy to set up and works well.
Set up was easy, tried printing documents from my phone and it was a piece of cake! Very good quality printer!
