Overall good printer It works well. I haven’t used it for any high volume print jobs, but I have no doubt that it would do fine. It produces quality prints and copies.
Working as expected! Duplex automatic printing, low-to-non noise, great paper capacity
Great for home and small business Purchased this for a small business and it has worked very well so far, around 500 prints in one month. Prints are quick and crisp. Used for printing invoice and shipping labels. Also used to scan to email. Ability to setup shortcuts on control panel is a convenient time saver. Each employee has their own shortcut to scan to their email.
Great Printer This printer is great! The only complaint I have is that the manual was confusing about where the toner goes. It does go in the front on this printer, not the side or back as shown.
Best and Reliable B&W printer with copy function I have been exploited by stupid inkjet printers for ages! The reason being I don't use printers very much and inkjets get all jacked up if you use them every now and then to print few papers. Also the ink for those printers is pricey. Best printer ever purchase! This is our first laser printer. Just received it yesterday, surprised to see a toner cartridge in the box, not sure how many pages it will yield. Set up is easy, very compact for a laser printer, fast printing, print both sides, even with fax feature. As always, very pleased with this online order through Best Buy.
Amazing! What an amazing printer. Can print from your phone, scan and copy! If I had to do all over again, I just wish I had bought the color version, not just black and white. Simple setup. But still very pleased with my purchase.
Print/Scan Quality Excellent! Bought this so my son could do college assignments during the shutdown. Had to update firmware and couldn’t get it to work on my wireless network. He plugs it into a usb cable anyway. Maybe when he goes back to school I will get to use it.
