Beyond 5 stars Rated very high in consumer report website for printers and great for reliability. I didn't want to go with ink jet clogging issues and paper jam issues...and not as reliable...Wanted something for home use and black and white printing is fine with me so can make copies and print articles, coupons...from my chromebox which is like a desktop chromebook.
Home User I have had several Brother printers and have found them to be very dependable. The technical support is quick to respond to questions. I found setting up the All-in-One Laser printer to be easy to do and the copying so far has been quick with good copies.
Highly recommend this printer! awesome laser printer, i use this more than I thought i would. Always printing from my phone, or other wireless devices, it is fast and rather quiet. Great copier, and prints both sides of paper. I would buy again if mine broke today.
