Great, reliable, easy to use We bought this for my wife, who was working as a freelance writer and editor. Simple setup, relatively quiet, and it has never jammed. Duplex works great and the scan to email function has been very reliable. We tried off-brand toner once, but it flakes off of the pages easily, so I recommend sticking with Brother.
