Good machine Very good printer for the money. A little tricky setting it up to scan to my Chromebook. The Brothers Appb was not helpful. Ultimately I was able to configure the printer to send scanned documents to my Gmail address as either a jpg or PDF file. When I have time I may see if there is a way to scan directly to my documents folder on my Chromebook. Otherwise the printer bappears to be functioning as advertised.
Get this printer! Get this printer by Brother. The wife and I are happy with our purchase. Our last Brother printer model MFC 8860DN non wireless, purchased back in 2008 lasted 13 years before it broke down. just installed it today and the printer is up and running. Takes 10- 15 minutes to set it up. This model has fast printing. Great quality prints. Simple set-up of the printer and was asked to upgrade the firmware through the lcd screen.
