Great Replacement Printer During Lockdown We needed to replace our small printer and our local vendors were out of stock. Best Buy to the Rescue. Fast delivery and easy set up. Happy to be able to print/copy and scan. Brother provides good on-line info on set up. I find the Best Buy Q & A very helpful in making this decision.

Easy Setup This Is our first laser printer. It was easy to setup. Our devices (Mac and PCs) were able connect with no issues. A great printer and scanner for home office.

Trouble staying connected to internet When the printer decides to connect it works well. But it disconnects from the internet and has to be reconnected quite often. This is inconvenient and frustrating to say the least.
