Excellent I was just thinking about this printer because I needed to reset the toner. It’s really a great printer. I was able to successfully reset the toner, so I’m not sure why there was a long review about not being able to. It is possible. Which is very nice because I can get more life out of my toner. Easy set up Easy set and fast ink will last for a long time
Effective in printing color photographs We needed a new computer printer because our previous one was unable to connect via WiFi, and also, being an inkjet, was unsatisfactory in our NM climate (the ink dries out too fast, and prints are unsatisfactory). This laser printer, although much heavier than we'd anticipated, has proved to be extremely effective, especially in printing color photographs. So far we have not needed tech support, so I left that evaluation category blank.

Double Sided Print-and-Play Cards I bought this printer for printing Print-and-Play Tabletop Games after having too much frustration with professional print shops. What surprised me most about this was that if you manually duplex through the manual feeder tray (not the large-volume paper tray), you'll get almost perfect (within 2 mm; within the buffer margins) horizontal alignment and absolutely perfect vertical alignment which is IMPRESSIVE for a home printer.
No USB cable received Please send the USB cable its missing
Great product This is a great printer Only advice is the new printer cartridges are expensive. I have been using the refurbished cartridges and they are a fraction of the price and work well. Maybe don’t last as long as new ones but so much cheaper
