Great Communication from B&H Great machine. Easy to set up, Has two paper trays plus a bypass tray, quiet and fast. BH Photo was was quick for shipping and gave us the delivery time window, so we knew when to expect it.

Brother HL-L5200DWT Not my first purchase of this printer. So far they have been reliable and a good printer and good quality. Certified documents quality good. Have used this in several offices and they dont seem to use an over abundance of toner either. One has been in service 2 years.
Fast printer I love how fast it prints and the wifi feature! It would get 5 stars however I've had the printer for maybe a month and printed approximately 600 pages and now everytime I print my docs it jams!! Very frustrating when dealing with docs for title companies where everything has to perfect!
Reliable and easy to configure The printer was easy to install and configure compared to the printer it replaces (HP). It is reliable and has all the services we required in an office printer. We use all the features except wireless connection on a daily basis.
Perfect except for: For some reason, the first page of each printing has slight smudges at the top of the page. Ive taken the toner out and shaken it, but still there. Im still using the first toner that came with the printer so hoping when I put in the next one, it will be ok.
Fast and accurate I really like our new brother printer. It is very fast and easy to use.
