Devin Richteris a true professional that always kept us informed, followed up and provided us a detailed step by step process. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations by assessing damage, temporarily patching and working with insurance adjuster to ensure everything was smooth and it provided us tremendous relief that he was always available to answer questions and provide feedback. We have used Holden for multiple rental properties over the years. They are consistently responsive and accessible for insurance coordination, scheduling, etc. One of our homes was on a tight timeline due to sale and they were able to get it completed by the needed deadline.
