Very good experience, consultant Maynard Lanham was very helpful, very thorough inspection, review and evaluation of inspection results, advise proposed roof replacement solutions, very helpful to contact home insurance company, helped submit claim and follow thru, assisted with estimate revisions, change orders, installation follow ups. other internal home repairs. Holden Roofing did such a great job! I love my new roof! I especially liked having Maynard drop by on a regular basis to see that everything was going smoothly and that the workers had what they needed to do the job - especially since I know nothing about roofing. Great job on the roof! We loved Stephen Stark, our sales rep. He was helpful and responsive, and worked closely with our insurance adjuster to ensure all the repairs we needed were covered. Highly recommend this company and Stephen!

I highly recommend this company and Stephen Stark. He is very professional and HONEST. Being in Customer Service all my life its always nice to run across the same type of people as yourself. Getting roof repairs/replacement is one of those things in life you don’t want to go through alone. Scott and the Holden team were not only there to provide guidance and advice, they were transparent, insightful, and patient throughout the whole process, which lasted well over 10 months, from claim to approvals to actual work and recouping the insurance coverage. The rep from Holden Roofing had spent lots of time to explain to us all details of the proposed work, and patiently answered all our questions, a few days before his crew came to tear off and replace our roof. All the work was done in 1.5 days, and cleaned up after the job was finished. Very impressive!
