I highly recommend this company and Stephen Stark. He is very professional and HONEST. Being in Customer Service all my life its always nice to run across the same type of people as yourself. I highly recommend using Stephen if you are in need of a roof or repair. He is all about he consumer and not what he can sell you. Thanks Stephen for your honesty.

Getting roof repairs/replacement is one of those things in life you don’t want to go through alone. Scott and the Holden team were not only there to provide guidance and advice, they were transparent, insightful, and patient throughout the whole process, which lasted well over 10 months, from claim to approvals to actual work and recouping the insurance coverage. The rep from Holden Roofing had spent lots of time to explain to us all details of the proposed work, and patiently answered all our questions, a few days before his crew came to tear off and replace our roof. All the work was done in 1.5 days, and cleaned up after the job was finished. Very impressive! The agent, Maynard Lanham is quite personable, courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable in his field of work - a true professional. I'll have to say within minutes of arriving to the curb & walking up my driveway, your consultant, Scott Merrill, already had his arm outstretched ready to introduce himself to me. I'm old school so his cowboy look & handshake was enough to tell me he came to do the job he was hired for. This company is corrupted from top to bottom! I used Holden roof to do my roof a couple yrs ago, now I see leaks on my roof. Not only that, I also found out that they put plastic roof vents on my roof, even though my contract paper explicitly printed "roof-vent -turtle type -metal". I called their austin office, their manager (he later told me that he was looking at my contract paper), saying that is not insurance fraud, and wanted me pay ~$2000 for the cost of replacing those plastic vent to metal ones. ZERO STARS! Do NOT use Holden Roofing unless you want a LEAKY ROOF! They installed an expensive GAF roof on my home and I have had leaks ever since—costing me $10K+ in repairs. They don’t supervise their installers who didn’t install to industry standards. Look at similar reviews on the BBB website. Ron H.
