Little issues Our stay was nice but we had a couple little issues from the start: the door in are room was broken not very safe and barely any hot water then we got this loud noise from the bathroom pipes the night before are departure.

Convenient to our sightseeing itinerary with plenty of food & drink options within easy walking distance. Staff were welcoming & customer service focused. Breakfast room was tight for the volume of guests. The staff were diligent refilling the food options. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed. Plenty of towels & toiletry items. We would not hesitate to rebook for our next Manhattan trip.
Elevators are always full
Great location, breakfast and room. Breakfast was varied and good. Great location! Room was nice and pleasant. Bathroom floor was not totally clean. Heating was very loud when running. Noisy shower in the apartment next to me, which woke me up early one morning.
