great location, great price - but you get what you pay for & this was 'very basic' the rooms and general property were "worn", v dated and I didnt like the place location & price = all very key to why I booked

Very Poor Not clean. Construction right outside front door. Didn’t get the high floor I asked for had to ask twice for hairdryer and towels. Room wasn’t tended to during stay even when I asked for it to be made up.

Disappointing The room I reserved had two beds because we were 4 people. When we arrived they said they only had a king bed with a single sofa bed. So 3 people slept on the king bed and one on the single sofa bed. Was very uncomfortable It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful
Never again. There was no parking. We were forced to drive around to find parking. Cleaning crew was behind on cleaning the rooms so we didn’t have a room right away, and the rooms are tiny, outdated with no fridge or microwave. The young lady with the Locs in her hair was excellent. Upon our arrival there was no room available for us after traveling from a different state. The cleaning crew was behind on cleaning the rooms. Oud vervallen onhygiënisch rommelig druk De kamer .. het ontbijt.. het hotel.. Alls is kapot of moet vervangen worden. Het opklapbed stinkt en is oud.. Weinig goede verlichting en ventilatie wc raakte vaak verstopt.. Ontbijt had heen borden meer die waren op.. Voor een holliday inn zijn wij dit niet gewend De kussens waren wel heel fijn... De locatie was ideaal voor als je in de buurt van financiël district wil zitten.. 5 mijn lopen naar de ferry..
