Exceptional The staff was struggling to keep up with the breakfast demands. Perhaps one more person in the mornings would help. Also, if you're staying somewhere that serves breakfast, don't get there fifteen minutes before it ends and expect food to be stocked. That's a you thing, not a them thing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location felt peaceful and safe but still close to all attractions. Plenty to do.

Good value for location Small r00m. Breakfast is very limited Great location. Close to SS Seaport, Ferry, Wall sSt., subway lines. Small room but tradeoff for price and location
City Hotel at great location without any esprit. This hotel is very basic. The breakfast buffet variaty is very small. The refill of the buffet lacked. The table were not properly cleaned. If you like to est out of paperboard and with plastic cuttlery it‘s a great place. The staff friendlyness was below average. Except one Lady (amber hair) which was very client orented and friendly. Ok, this is what you get for that price. The Location is best for visiting down town Manhattan. Everything is in walking distance.
