We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Wall St. Would definitely stay there again. n/a The location was great. Not alot of conjestion as you would see if staying in Times Square area as we have done in the past. Customer service was excellent. Our room was comfy for the two of us.

Pleasant O ponto negativo do hotel foi a limpeza e o serviço de quarto. Em quase uma semana de hospedagem, houve diversos problemas com limpeza do quarto, substituição de toalhas, reposição dos produtos de higiene, etc. A equipe que cuida disso não desempenhou um bom trabalho durante minha estadia. A localização é excelente: uma zona central, bem servida de transportes e próxima a alguns locais icônicos de Nova York. Os quartos são pequenos, mas confortáveis. Poderiam colocar um frigobar também.

Would stay again! If you came to breakfast an hour before closing they ran out of things. There wasn't enough lighting. The bed was comfy & the shower head was nice. The free breakfast was warm & different daily.
