Great location, worth the price for NYC. Elevators were a little slow and could take a while depending on how crowded the hotel is. Was assigned an occupied room but that was quickly fixed without issue. Staff were great, and the breakfast is a great value for NYC. Very easy to get up/downtown.

Wonderful El personal de front desk que esta a la tarde, claramente le faltaba entrenamiento pero todo fue solucionado en forma rapida por el manager que estaba atento a las necesidades de los clientes. El desayuno EXCELENTE ademas de la atención del personal del área. La ubicación de WALL STREET es ideal porque llegan todos los metros a pocas cuadras y tenes los ferryes para ir a todos lados. La habitacion era tal cual figura en las fotos.
Ótima opção em New York n/a Os quartos eram limpos todos os dias, e tinham um tamanho bom. Possuem frigobar, microndas e ferro de passar. A localização é ótima, fica próxima de uma estação de metrô, há restaurantes e cafés próximos. A equipe que atende é muito educada e cordial, ótimo atendimento, eles oferecem serviço de guardar malas. O café da manhã é ótimo, acima do padrão americano.

Byłem z rodziną na 4 dni. Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. wszystko ok. Lokalizacja. Niedaleko autobus M55 który jedzie przez cały Manhattan aż pod central Park. Blisko też metro. Śniadania smaczne, obfite. Woda butelkowana w recepcji bez ograniczeń. Obsługa w recepcji bardzo pomocna.
I liked the service and the very comfortable beds. The only thing better was the cleanliness of the rooms.
