Pleasant El persona de noche era muy antipático. En especial una persona que no paraba de gritar y de tratar mal a una compañera que parecía que estaba empezando. Hizo aumentar el tiempo de espera en recepción y estábamos todos muy incómodos viendo la escena. El sofá cama no estaba listo y tuvimos que hacer nosotros la cama (las cosas estaban en el armario). Estaba bien ubicado. Tenía el desayuno incluido.
Short but worth it! It’s location Quality beautiful- so much to see and do here!
Great location, decent rooms, pleasant staff, poor catering. I was pretty shocked by the breakfast. The food was ok, but paper plates and flimsy disposable plastic cutlery? All the condiments, milk, butter everything is small disposable sachets. Really? A hotel with 27 floors doesn’t have a proper kitchen. Great location for lower Manhattan. Great coffee machine.
