Stay The toilet was dirty.
Highly recommend Nice location near Penn station, great room and fantastic breakfast.

The location of the property was amazing! Some of the staff were great other staff were pretentious. We got accused of smoking and our rooms which we were not doing. But having stuff left out I can see how they would think that. But thinking of no one's two different things. And we immediately got charged $250. They factored it in with the deposit. Front desk staff was outstanding. I got checked in early, which was a BIG help. Only issue was getting onto decaf coffee capsules in my room. But everything else was fine. I'll definitely be interested in staying here again.
Great stay, a little loud Our stay was good and met all of the requirements. However, the condition of some things were questionable including the lock on the door, condition of furniture, and a lot of light coming through the hallway. There is also a lot of sound from the club behind the hotel from 11pm to 4am.
The staff were courteous. The daily buffet breakfast was a great way to start each day and save money! The location to the subway and train station was within walking distance. They cleaned our rooms daily and provided 2 bottles of water per day per guest, which was also appreciated. I would stay here again if I visited New York.
