Estadia muito boa, próxima a estação de metrô, boa localização. Viajamos com 2 crianças e foi tudo perfeito. Quarto confortável e café da manhã com poucas opções, porém nos atendeu bem.

Parking fee was included in the rate that I had already paid, but I was charged at the parking lot when I checked out. The staff at the front said that they would refund the parking fee, but the refund was not made till now.

No fue la mejor opción La ubicación es buena en cuanto a lugares que ver cerca pero en sí la calle no es bonita, es obscura en la noche, es MUY sucia. La primera noche nos dieron una habitación al nivel del sótano, súper ruidosa, olía a humedad, la regadera no tenía cortina. La habitación es muy pequeña, los elevadores en la mañana son demasiado lentos varias veces bajamos por las escaleras, la puerta del baño rechinaba, el lugar de desayuno sucio y siempre saturado a todas horas. We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Chelsea❤️. It was located in a convenient location for subway and eateries. The staff was kind and helpful during our stay and the free breakfast was a great bonus! We would love to come back here again in the future. Our trip to New York was amazing and having such great accommodation really helped our experience. Also, we were blessed with a week of beautiful weather!
