The hotel is a no-frills hotel in a great, walkable location. The hotel interior gets to be a bit loud with doors slamming and people talking. The bed and pillows were amazing! One of the two elevators were broken so the wait for the remaining elevator would get a bit tiresome. All in all, would recommend.
Bien, excellent service, les gens très gentil, ils font la différence. Toutefois un ascenseur sur 2 de dispo donc long si tu ne peux pas prendre les escaliers (15 etages). Services déjeuner inclus mais peu de place pour manger sur place donc doit monter à la chambre mais ascenseur plein, pas simple. Nice hotel. Clean. Nice Room. Kind staff. Close to many subway at Penn Station. Room for breakfast is small.
The room was clean and everything was great with the room, but honestly the night shift staff was not hospitable at all, the elevator didn’t work the 3 days I stayed, so it was really annoying to wait for more than 15 minutes to get to my room, most of the times I used the stairs and I don’t care, but my parents doesn’t have the youth I have.

The staff was very accommodating and wonderful. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff was!! Our first night my daughter got very sick and the front desk staff and engineer were so accommodating to help her feel better. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was so very busy at times there were no place to sit at breakfast. Breakfast foods were fresh and delicious and they kept the food full. We absolutely love the pancake machine!
