Hotel is in a great location with Penn station just a few minutes away. Room was clean, but too small for 4 persons and suitcases. Staff was really polite and helpful.Breakfast was good but every day it was the same selection of food. Overall I was happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Location is great- close to Subway stations/walking distance to many sites Rooms are small, pretty cramped for 4 people but was expected. Used the top of the closet and window sill for suitcases. Very little storage in the bathrooms, a shelf under the sink would be very helpful. Beds were comfortable, elevators were fine. Hotel was clean, typical HIE breakfast- but very busy as everyone there is a tourist. Would stay there again-
The property was clean and well0-cared for. They were prompt in dealing with a request we made. Breakfast was good.
Clean room. Free breakfast was basic but good variety and appreciated. Free coffee all day.

Positif : l'emplacement. Plusieurs ligue de métro mènent aux différents points touristiques de Manhattan. Le lit est confortable. Propreté de la chambre correcte. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement même sur la terrasse de l'hôtel. Négatif : le petit déjeuner. La salle est petite et surpeuplée à certaines heures. Toutefois, il est bien d'alimenté. On mange à sa fin. La terrasse donne sur la rue. L'accueil n'est pas des plus chaleureux. Nous avons passé 7 jours. Le prix reste correct compte tenu des tarifs de Manhattan.
