Pequeno Almoço terrível. Um hotel com mais de 250 quartos e sala do pequeno almoço apenas com capacidade para pouco mais de 50 pessoas. Todos os dias era uma confusão com pessoas a mais. Algumas a comer de pé outras a levar comida para os quartos e outras à espera de lugar. Um terror! O quarto era mal isolado e entrava frio da rua por uma brecha do ar condicionado que era muito barulhento. Não ficaria lá mais e não recomendo.
Excelente opción para hospedarse en Manhattan El hotel cumplió con nuestras expectativas: muy buena ubicación, muy buena atención y un desayuno incluido que realmente hace la diferencia a la hora de elegir hospedaje. Muy recomendable!
There was a nice breakfast spread but not enough seating. The beds were comfortable, but we were on the first floor and noise from the nearby pantry and the lobby made it difficult to sleep.
Breakfast and location were the high points. The staff were excellent and helpful. Our room was great, but the tub was plugged and wouldn’t drain. We had to ask three different times to get it drained. They did drain it and were efficient, but it continuously was an issue. Very nice hotel. Staff was winderful. Accomadated holding bags after checkout til we ready to catch train. Breakfast was amazing
I was placed in a courtyard room near where some refurbishment works were being undertaken which meant that unfortunately I could hear the staff talking loudly in the hallway at all hours. The room often wasn’t cleaned well, including staff forgetting to replace towels and toilet paper.
Mostly quiet, close to everything we wanted to do. Comfy bed, clean shower. Toilet ran, but once you closed the door you couldn’t hear it. One of the two elevators wasn’t working for 3 of our 4 days. A tad inconvenient. Walking down 11 flights of stairs was not fun, but we didn’t have to walk up them! Ha. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. We’d stay there again.
