The African American lady at the reception is so helpful.
Great location to stay in NYP Justine on reception was an absolute legend. Very friendly and enjoyed joking around with us Brits. The hotel room was clean and a great location. I would recommend the the Broadway Comedy Club. We had a great time in NYP.
Seldom stay at the Holiday Inn at Wall St. My 2 day stay was meant to stay somewhere safe and comfortable. It was neither of these. Yes the shower and bed felt amazing but the neighbors made it impossible to get any sort of rest. This is now becoming a repeated occurrence. I hope for my next stay either management or security approach me in person and tell me if I am welcomed here or not. And if I am not then there has to be a reason as to what I am doing wrong. Things will not improve if communication isn’t available.
Average spot but does the job This was a fine spot to stay - clean and comfortable. Not many amenities and one one public sitting area downstairs (no restaurant or bar). Nothing wrong with this spot but I would choose a different place with more amenities at the same price!
