Horribly rude staff! Scheduled my 4lbs Chi for a neutering which was expected to cost over 300$. We arrived promptly only to be meet with by a horribly rude and unprofessional assistant in orange (orange ain’t your color sis...) I politely told her we had arrived to our scheduled appointment, for which she rudely replied, “Did you call first before coming”.
