I would not recommend Holland Farms to anyone looking for themselves or their loved ones. My family had a poor experience. The company that runs Holland Farms, Agemark Senior Living I believe carries a lot of the blame. There were some staff at Holland Farms that were good and tried to do what was right, but it’s clear that there is a lack of leadership at Agemark. #AgemarkAwesome ?

Unforeseen delays in the delivery of parts from the AC manufacturer were an issue in your circumstance, and unfortunately uncontrollable by our team despite our best efforts (including the purchase of a substitute unit to be used as a temporary fix while we were waiting on parts). Because you do not treat employees right!!! Ignoring someone with a issue that happened at work

I absolutely would not recommend anyone sending their family member to live here. Debi and her staff cannot keep employees working there. Many have quit or she has had them fired by suspicious means. Residents have gone without meals due to lack of staffing. Complaints have been filed against her to the Iowa Board of Nursing Home Administrators.
