Excellent service, the technician (Ernie) at my daughter’s house, he made a review to the tank first, then to the furnace before drained and ignition it. Very respectful and kind. Thanks a lot Plus I must adding that they did the delivery today, the same day I made the order. The owner called me personally and took my order, very efficient service and delivery.
Had the terrifying experience of finding out we ran out of oil the day before a major snow storm was due. Didn't know what to do- it was the middle of the night and- with kids- we couldn't wait and weather the storm. Thank God for Hollenbach then- because not only were they open but they managed to do an emergency order for us within 90 minutes. I cannot express how thankful I am for these guys and will be switching our oil purchases to them going forward. 10 out of 10 service, polite and professional. A real godsend.
My family has always used Hollenbach for all of our plumbing and heating needs, and I can't say enough good things about them! Ernie delivered oil to my family this evening and he was very nice and professional.
My oil tank gauge isn’t working properly which resulted in running out of oil overnight. I called 6am and stated that I needed oil asap due to running empty with 3 kids under our roof, they delivered oil within 3 hours. BEYOND thankful for their company and quick response!
With it being the holiday season, things have been a little hectic and we did not realize that we were so low on oil and we ran out tonight. My mother in law and my husbands two special needs brothers live with us, so we could not be without heat until tomorrow.
