very rude staff! was treated in a very condescending manner.
This place is not kid friendly, Privately own an ran so they get people to write fake reviews to cover the truth, if you don’t like kids or have a Passion to work with them don’t have a dentistry for kids. Their work is adequate, but this practice has NO respect or consideration for your time. If you are a working parent or have multiple children, this is not the dentist for you!
The rules regarding appointments are too harsh and inconsiderate! You are expected to remember your scheduled appointment 6 months ahead with not a guarantee of a reminder from their system. They will discharge your entire family for 1 mistake and expect you to be considerate if you are not seen at your scheduled time and have to wait. If you accidentally forget one appointment, YOU ARE KICKED OUT COMPLETELY! AVOID THIS PRACTICE!
they set appointments out to far, so they are the reason my little girl has 4 front teeth out
Seems like allot of people like this dentist. However from my experience today don't be fooled by the pretty paint and video games. They heard you into a large room with about 7 dentist chairs like cattle... the prizes for kids after cleaning are right next to the one dentist chair so kids will be passing you and in your face during your visit and exam (if that's your chair)(instead of let's say near the front desk).
