I don't believe it would be fair to criticize a competent doctor because she works in a PATHETIC organization. I was notified only several hours before my appointment ( after a three month wait) that my "insurance carrier had been dropped". I then received a letter the next day in the mail (from the same doctor's office that had dropped my insurance) stating that I had a situation that needed immediate attention although I had been in the office at least three times previously. Patient beware!!!!

we waited over two hours for appointment today with my 6 year-old-son we arrived at 1:25 and ending up leaving at 3:17 p.m. after we were told we still had an average of the 20-minute wait... absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous the office staff is unprofessional and very inconsiderate we will not be returning

Over an hour wait, even with a morning appointment. Disappointing. I should have known what I was in for...the first page on their patient info packet is a paragraph about how they prioritize their visits and why long wait times may be justified.
