The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They always acknowledge me when I come in the door, and ask if I need help finding something. I can appreciate the fact that they are knowledgeable of the products in the store, when trying to determine the right product for my pets needs. The store has a great layout, and is always clean and orderly. I especially love seeing their pets behind the counter.. and that they sponsor and hold adoption days for pets needing a good home.
