Outstanding service!!!! Wish the Hollywood Feed, Goodman Road OB, MS store had these great employees! Super kind, went above and beyond to make sure our baby Molly had her food!! These are the type of employees who keep customers coming back!! They went the extra mile for me when they didn't have too!! I pulled up as they were locking up the store. I felt so bad for asking them if I could buy a sack of dog food. You see I live 50 plus miles away...they had no idea! They were sooo nice and said sure come on. Truly Blessed by ... read more

We came into your store on Saturday to get food for a new dog we are adopting. Your associate, Lisa, was extremely helpful and spent one-on-one time with us in the aisles to advise us and answer our questions. Needless to say, we walked out of there with much more than food (2 leashes, food/water bowls, brushes and toys). She suggested we come back to get our new dog fitted for a harness which we plan to do on Saturday. I can see that we will be patronizing that location for a long, long time based on the great customer serv... read more
