The customer service is wonderful. I usually buy 2 bags of Fromm at a time. One of your employees asked why I didn’t do same day delivery because it’s free. I replied that I didn’t because the bags are 4.00 more per bag on line. So, free delivery is actually costing me 8.00. Why do the bags cost more online?

I miss Real Good Dog rescue's adoption days. It would be nice to offer a better selection of lower cost dog beds.
