I've never had a bad experience here. Every employee seems thrilled to see my dogs (we just got a new 7-month-old stray pup, but have others too), and are happy to love on them and are patient with them when they are learning. Store is always clean and organized and has a good variety of items. I think Grace checked us out, but we were greeted and helped (well, the puppy was loved on, which was all we really needed) by every employee there.

Greeted me as I walked & ask if I need help finding anything which I truly appreciate but it was on an endcap, grab dog food & headed to counter to check out. Overall great staff, clean store, friendly environment. Thanks you guys so much for great customer service!

Collins St. is not my regular store but everytime i do stop there everyone is helpful, courteous, and friendly. I've been to about 4 different stores in the area and find that is consistent with all the stores. I love Hollywood Feed!

I have always experienced excellent customer service at Hollywood Feed. All the staff are very friendly and they always say hello when you walk in the door. It doesn’t matter which location you go to, and if you’ve never been to that location… They always have the information you need. What you bought last week or what you bought last year… They always walk your heavy bags to your car. What more can you ask for???!!!
