I go to this store because of nicole. I feel She is knowledgeable about how to treat my dog. He has alergys. I tried the progility and its not working like she wanted she makes suggestions and doesnt push anything. This last time she said she will research. The next step is to switch food. Ive been on the fromm salmon and fish oil from the beginning. She always says i can bring things back for any reason. She works with me and i have full confidence in her

The staff at this location is AMAZING!!! Yesterday, I paid for a product they realized was out of stock. They drove to another location to get it and bring it to my home which is not in their area. Impressive!!! Before this visit, one of the staff members took time to determine which package would be my best economically. Then he apologized for taking so long. This location is out of my way, but the caring staff makes my drive worthwhile!
